$8M renovation to bring two new restaurants to Pocono resort

A Pocono resort is getting an $8 million makeover.
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions Pocono Manor is celebrating its 10th anniversary with renovations that include bringing in two new restaurants.
The first is MACS fast-casual macaroni and cheese restaurant and second is Redd’s Piano Bar and Lounge. Both are scheduled to open later this year.
“2025 marks our Pocono Mountains resort’s 10th anniversary,” said Don Pleau, general manager, Kalahari Resort, Pocono Manor. “We have welcomed millions of guests over the past decade and are committed to continuing to bring new and exciting experiences for many years to come.”
MACS, located in the resort lobby, will serve a variety of mac and cheeses, such as the Jalapeno Popper MAC, Loaded Baked Potato MAC, and Buffalo Chicken MAC.
The menu will also feature a variety of comfort dishes, salads and desserts.
The Wisconsin-based fast-casual chain started in 2013, MACS has not only grown to multiple locations throughout the Midwest but also opened its doors at the Kalahari Resorts’ Round Rock, Texas location in the winter of 2023.
Because of its success there, Kalahari is opening MACS restaurants at not only the Pennsylvania location but also its Ohio resort.
Redd’s Piano Bar and Lounge will feature a speakeasy theme, including a “hidden door” between Double Cut Steak House and the new cocktail lounge.
There will be a full-service bar offering signature drinks such as the Cotton Candy Cocktail and Marshmallow Martini. Redd’s will also have live entertainment every night.
