Silfies is passionate about making the Lehigh Valley a healthier, stronger community.
She is co-founder of the Every Ribbon Counts Foundation in 2019, which supports cancer patients andlocal initiatives by funding other nonprofits with the same mission. She is a board member for the Lehigh Valley Chamber Women’s Business Council.
Prior to her role at the American Heart Association, she served as the senior manager for fundraising development in the Lehigh Valley region for the American Cancer Society.
She is a Lehigh Valley Business 40 Under 40 alum.
