Advance Physical Therapy, a physical therapy clinic in Forks Township, has joined the Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network. Located at 3825 Sullivan Trail, the new facility is one of more than 70 locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey operated by Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network.
Advance Physical Therapy was founded in 2001 and provides personalized treatment for musculoskeletal conditions, such as back and neck pain, sprains and strains, fractures, joint replacements, pre- and post-surgery and arthritic conditions, as well as physical therapy for neurological conditions such as vertigo, stroke, Parkinson’s and balance disorders.
Former owner Brian Shak, a physical therapist, will continue to manage the new Good Shepherd site.
“Joining forces with an industry leader like Good Shepherd allows us to provide the same high quality of care with the added resources and benefits of a large network of rehabilitation providers,” says Shak. “We can now offer our patients a family-like treatment atmosphere backed by the eighth largest rehabilitation provider in the country.”
Founded in 1908 in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Good Shepherd offers care for adults and children with physical and cognitive challenges.
