Kent: Pursuing your Master’s degree is a time and financial commitment, so be sure you are making the best investment. Your decision depends on personal, professional, and financial factors. Do you have the support, time, and energy to commit to a degree? You’ll need on average 7-12 hours of study time a week per course. You’ll also want to evaluate if you can afford the tuition and associated costs without overburdening yourself financially. If your employer offers a tuition reimbursement program or a partnership with a university, absolutely that is an opportunity.
