Shuman co-founded his company with Marina Shuman in 1994 with experience in building renovations and real estate development. The commercial real estate development company strives to “restore the grandeur of Reading’s Central Business District.” It has redeveloped, sold or leased more than 2,000,000 square feet and over $100 million of commercial property in downtown Reading.
Shuman earned his Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker License in 2001.
