Two City Center is a Class A, 11-story, 107,854-square-foot-office/retail building anchored by National Penn Bank corporate headquarters with several other office tenants, including Air Products and Chemicals Inc., Buckno, Lisicky and Company Accountants and Cenduit LLC.
“Our initial mission will be to bring synergistic, amenity retailers to the ground floor of this incredible building and location,” said James Balliet, president of the group. “City Center is an amazing multiphase, multiuse project that will transform downtown Allentown for generations to come, and we are very proud to help sculpt that landscape.”
Balliet said the building has six retail bays on the ground floor. The group is looking at a potential coffee shop tenant, in addition to traditional retail and restaurant tenants.
The commercial real estate group has an office at 40 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown.
“We interviewed several commercial real estate firms and chose The James Balliet Commercial Group because they clearly have their finger on the pulse of our vision and understand exactly what we want to accomplish,” Jim Harbaugh, executive vice president and chief operating officer of City Center Investment Corp., said in a news release.
