Baum views every day at Capital Blue Cross as a new opportunity to work with community leaders, the sales team, health care systems, the Capital Blue Cross Connect team and the core operations team. She took on her current role in October 2020.
She has published two books and is working on her third.
“Operating with integrity in all that you do is the most important life lesson I’ve learned,” she said. “Integrity builds trust, and trust is critical to success in all aspects of life. When you push yourself to operate with integrity, you know that you are doing things for the right reasons and can feel confident in your decisions.”
She loves to golf, read and listen to books on Audible.
