Annual LVB Real Estate & Development Symposium is Tuesday morning

Nearly 500 people already have registered for the annual event, held by Lehigh Valley Business at DeSales’ University Center.

“We are excited to present our fifth annual Real Estate & Development Symposium,” said Mike O’Rourke, LVB publisher. “This event brings together the who’s who in real estate and development markets.”

Online registration closes at 5 p.m. today, while tickets also will be available at the door.

The event begins with registration, breakfast, networking and vendor exhibits at 7:30 a.m., followed by a keynote presentation on the economy by Keith P. Aleardi, chief investment officer for Fulton Financial Advisors and president of Clermont Wealth Strategies. Two additional network breaks are planned in the morning.

A panel discussion at 8:45 will take on the issue of development in the Lehigh Valley. Panelists are J.B. Reilly, co-founder of City Center Allentown, Joseph A. Fitzpatrick Jr., shareholder and founder of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, Michael Alderman, vice president, market officer for Pennsylvania at Liberty Property Trust, and Becky Bradley, executive director of the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission.

At 10:15, another panel discussion begins, this on what’s hot and what’s not in the commercial, industrial, office and residential real estate markets. The speakers are Doug Frederick, broker/owner of Howard Hanna The Frederick Group, and Peter Polt, executive vice president of J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc.
