Schlouch is the longtime president and founder of Schlouch Inc., which provides site construction services throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding states. The company performs $65 million in annual revenue and owns 175 pieces of heavy construction equipment, according to Schlouch’s LinkedIn profile. “My most important responsibility is to genuinely care, invest, and develop our 285 talented and dedicated employees so they in turn take great care of the business and our clients,” he explained.
His greatest challenge? “Making sure that we don’t grow too fast” and that the firm still delivers the Schlouch Platinum standard: “safe, quality, on time with exceptional performance for each and every project, thereby assuring … success for our clients.”
