LVB: What have been some of the biggest hardships and opportunities that Sunburst has encountered throughout its years in business?
The Weinsteins: Without a doubt, technology and the rapid changes that are constantly happening have kept us busy and challenged on a daily basis. We are always learning new technology that can help our customers save money by reducing energy costs, providing better communication and improving preventative maintenance.
As technology changes, so do client expectations. Waiting 24 to 36 hours for a response is just not acceptable. With cellphones, email and scanning, our customers expect and receive quicker response and resolution to their issues.
