Nester has served as president and CEO of Lehigh Valley Health Network and a member of the LVHN board of trustees since 2014. He is also a member of the Lehigh Valley Hospital board of directors.
Nester earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and master’s degrees from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in emergency medicine at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University. He is a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) through the American College of Physician Executives. He also completed his Certificate of Professional Development in Finance from The Wharton Business School.
