BSI partners with Habitat for Humanity of Lehigh Valley to renovate five houses in Allentown

BSI Corporate Benefits has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley to renovate five houses near St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Campus in Allentown.

“We are proud to work with the team at Habitat Lehigh Valley to make certain the positive impact of two organizations working in tandem for the same goal: ensuring that our communities have the programs, services, and resources to flourish,” said Tony DaRe, CEO of BSI Corporate Benefits. 

The $50,000 BSI donation will be presented to Jessica Elliott, executive director of Habitat Lehigh Valley, on May 24th at St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Campus.  

Allentown Mayor Matthew Tuerk and St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Campus President Frank Ford will take part in an invitation only ribbon cutting event. 

 “Our growing partnership with BSI has been truly amazing. It has allowed our organization to increase its capacity in serving our neighbors with much needed home repairs, creating stable and healthy housing,” said Elliot. “BSI’s commitment to our community is incredibly inspiring and we are looking forward to seeing the positive impact we will create together.”  

Habitat Lehigh Valley relies on support from the local community to continue its mission to help families break the cycle of poverty and build long-term financial security.
