A member of the firm for 15 years, Haws was previously a staff attorney with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for nine years.
His practice is concentrated in the areas of environment, real estate, municipal and food and agribusiness. Haws represents developers and commercial and industrial clients on environmental issues, real estate transactions and the land development process; he also represents municipal authorities and zoning hearing boards.
“I have been involved in many environmental litigation matters and am proud of the good results obtained in those cases for both Pennsylvania and on behalf of appellants,” Haws said.
In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, collecting World War II vehicles and participating in World War II living history events.
