Ciocca Dealerships acquires Lawrenceville auto group

A local auto dealership is growing again.
Ciocca Dealerships of Allentown has finalized an agreement to acquire Lawrenceville Ford Lincoln in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. The group will be acquiring the dealership on 2920 Brunswick Pike.
The acquisition brings the total number of stores to 29 stores with 19 unique brands, including the recently added Subaru and Kia dealerships in Ewing, New Jersey, which is the first Kia dealership the company has acquired.
“We are very pleased to announce the company’s continued expansion in the New Jersey market, we are excited to become even more involved in the community now having 5 dealerships along the Route 1 corridor from Ewing to Princeton,” said Gregg Ciocca, president and CEO of the dealerships. “We can’t wait to meet our new Ford and Lincoln customers and team members in Lawrenceville, the energy and growth in this area made this an exciting opportunity to add to our family of dealerships.”
