A 29,770-square-foot commercial truck center in Monroe County sold for $4.6 million to Lehigh Valley Health Network, Rock Commercial Real Estate announced Tuesday.
E. Frank Buck Jr. was the seller of the 8-acre property at 1328 Golden Slipper Road in Pocono Township. It’s currently being leased by Hunter Truck – Pocono.
Jason Turnbull and Ben Bode, of Rock Commercial, represented the seller. Costas J. Hrousis, of Veraxia Real Estate Solutions. represented the buyer.
“The high visibility and ease of access to Interstate 80 made this an ideal site for the buyer to redevelop,” Bode said in a release. “We are excited to see what this new medical facility will bring to the community.”
Covering 10 eastern Pennsylvania counties, Lehigh Valley Health Network is comprised of 13 hospital campuses plus numerous health centers, physician practices, rehabilitation locations, ExpressCARE sites and other outpatient care locations.
