Days after announcing its plans to build an industrial facility in Nazareth, J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. said it will be partnering with PGIM Real Estate to develop a logistics facility in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.

Thirty Alvernia students moved into the DoubleTree by Hilton Reading earlier this week to lower the number of students living on the university’s main campus, university officials announced.
