Construction to start on new Audi dealership

Ciocca Dealerships is building the 38,000-square-foot, two-story structure on property adjacent to its Subaru dealership, which it bought from Eastern Industries several years ago.

Ciocca Audi is operating in temporary facilities on the property, and sales of Audi and Subaru will continue during the roughly 12 months of construction, which will be led by Boyle Construction of South Whitehall Township.

The building will be the new Audi terminal design, said Ciocca Dealerships CEO Gregg Ciocca.

“It’s what all of the new Audi stores look like, modern and very cool looking,” he said.

The facility will incorporate showroom, sales, finance, parts and service under one roof. Customer amenities include a fully enclosed and environmentally controlled three-lane service drive, an upscale customer lounge and cafe space on the first floor and a second-floor, balcony-view lounge area.

The main entrance to the Audi facility will be on Schantz Road. It also will be accessible from Hamilton Boulevard.
