Harrigan joined Spillman Farmer Architects in 1983 and was named a principal in 1990. He is one of the firm’s lead master planners and has provided management leadership for limited-scope streetscape studies to full-scale campus master plans across the country.
He has also led many of the firm’s award-winning athletic facilities projects including Messiah College’s Sollenberger Sports Center, King’s College Scandlon Gymnasium and Muhlenberg College Life Sports Center.
In college, Harrigan won a bronze medal in swimming in the 1976 Olympics after winning a gold medal at the 1975 Pan-American Games.
He enjoys renovating attics and basements and likes science fiction books and movies.
