LoStocco has led First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union for five years, striving to make affordable financial services more inclusive and accessible to better serve the needs of the diverse Lehigh Valley community. She works with Lehigh Valley leaders to help strengthen the local economy and empower positive change.
LoStocco has learned in life that there is no formula for success and that the most successful leaders learn to live with uncertainty. When she is trying to accomplish a daunting task, it’s OK to be scared, she said, but she does it anyway.
“Anything that is going to produce lasting positive change is going to be daunting,” she said.
She enjoys family dinners and vacations, watching her four grandkids play together and helping humane animal organizations.
“It’s a personal goal of mine to do all I can to ensure more humane treatment of animals in our area,” she said.
