Frederick has been with company since 1981, and purchased it in 2006. “There are not many positions in the organization I have not held.”
He handles long-term planning, fiscal management and hiring, training and retaining employees and independent contractors. As well as overseeing the operation, Frederick said he provides motivation and looks for expansion opportunities.
He is proud of “retaining and growing a fiscally responsible organization” through market challenges and numerous industry changes. “We have people … that have spent most of their career here and we consistently hire people at the beginning of their career as well,” Frederick said.
Relationships are everything, he said. “We endeavor to be the cutting edge of technology and business practices but relationships with employees and clients are the top priority.”
Outside of work, Frederick and his wife, Karen, have enjoyed raising their children for the past two decades. “Spare time included lots of soccer games, school activities, etc.,” he said. Among his personal interests are golf, skiing, hiking and flying airplanes. “All the above come with a challenge and need to focus but (the) results are very rewarding.”
