Bieber is celebrating her 40th year at Lehigh Carbon Community College, having held numerous positions and becoming president in 2014.
She is most proud of securing millions of dollars of donations from community members for scholarships for students.
“Education changes lives, and these scholarships provide the opportunity for people in our community to achieve higher education degrees and further enhance economic development in our region,” she said.
Bieber enjoys baking and finding new healthy recipes to share with family and friends. She also makes silk flower wreaths, which she gifts to others on special occasions and donates for student clubs and raffles.
