Eli Lilly exec to discuss $3.5 billion Lehigh Valley pharma campus at LVEDC meeting

The Economic Development Corporation has announced that a senior executive from Eli Lilly & Company will speak at its annual meeting on March 17. 

, senior vice president of global parenteral network expansion, will oversee the development of the $3.5 billion, 925,000-square-foot  in that is expected to create more than 850 jobs. 

He is expected to talk about the historic investment in the Lehigh Valley and how the company is committed to becoming a community partner and resource. 

“We are thrilled to have Dan, along with other members of the Lilly team, at the Annual Meeting,” said Don Cunningham, LVEDC president & CEO. “He will help to provide an inside look at Lilly, the process behind attracting their record-setting investment in the Lehigh Valley, and our partnership to deliver results for Lilly, the region, and Pennsylvania.” 

VonDielingen has been with Lilly for more than 25 years, holding roles in engineering, quality assurance, and operations across many sites and networks including drug substance, drug product, and external manufacturing. 

Lilly’s pharmaceutical manufacturing campus will be the largest in Pennsylvania and the largest investment ever in the Lehigh Valley. 

Registration is required to attend the meeting, which will be held from 3:30-5 p.m., at ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem.
