Chad Hotsko, Senior Vice President and Director of Business Banking, PeoplesBank

As the Senior Vice President and Director of Business Banking at PeoplesBank, Chad Hotsko leads a team of bankers who serve our small business community in the South Central PA Market with a holistic focus on credit, deposit services, and non-traditional solutions. Chad is a 25 year veteran of the financial services industry, having held positions in leadership, credit, commercial and retail banking. Additionally Chad spent four years in higher education in an adjunct faculty role. This ability to “make the complicated seem easy” is a key to assisting and educating small business owners.  Chad is a graduate of Villanova and Penn State Universities as well as the Leadership Harrisburg and Leadership York Programs. Chad is a Certified Treasury Professional, a Six Sigma Black Belt and a past Central Penn Business Journal 40 under 40 winner.  

Chad is a supporter of education and his local community. He is a past Board President and current Treasurer of the Sylvan Heights Science Charter School in Harrisburg PA and a current board member of the Holy Name of Jesus School. Chad previously served on the board of the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area and enjoys spending free time with his family.  



Thomas E. Reilly Jr., Senior Partner, Gross McGinley

Thomas E. Reilly, Jr. is a senior partner at Gross McGinley. He is the Chair of the firm’s Business Services Group. Tom focuses his practice in the areas of business, banking, and commercial law. His strong background in accounting, business management, and communications affords him the opportunity to work with a range of business clients throughout the United States, from small entrepreneurial companies to large, national corporations.
The cornerstone of Tom’s practice is built on the long-term representation of clients in the most efficient, effective, diligent and cost-effective manner. He has represented the majority of his clients for more than 30 years. Tom has served as General Counsel for Viamedia, the largest independent video ad sales organization in the United States for over 20 years. He also represents banks and financial institutions in loan transactions, real estate deals, workouts, foreclosures, and bankruptcies.
Tom has extensive experience with all types of business structures including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and joint ventures. He regularly represents clients in business formation, governance, and disputes as well as employment issues and internal and external contract matters.

Deepa M. Balepur, co-founding principal, Compass Real Estate, LLC.

Deepa M. Balepur is co-founding principal for Compass Real Estate, LLC. Originally trained as a pharmacist with a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, she understands the importance of client confidentiality and care. She is well versed in the accuracy factor, so crucial in commercial real estate transactions.

Her career in real estate began more than 15 years ago, originating from her personal real estate investment interests. Having quickly learned and understood the real estate market, she soon multiplied her number of satisfied clients. She has been the recipient of several awards for sales production, business leadership and community contributions.

Deepa lives in Lancaster with her husband, Shyam. Their children, Naina and Nishant, are pursuing higher education in the field of computer science.

She is a member or board member of a variety of professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the Lancaster County Association of Realtors and the Lancaster Chamber. She is also active with numerous community organizations. She has been a board member with the Lancaster County Community Foundation, United Way of Lancaster County and Moravian Manor; chair of the Board of Trustees of Penn Medicine/LG Health Foundation; and founder and president of the Indian Organization of Lancaster County.


Monica Gould, President and founder, Strategic Consulting Partners

President and founder of Strategic Consulting Partners, Monica Gould possesses over 30 years of senior leadership experience. Monica has extensive expertise in all aspects of business and displays cutting edge leadership skills, as well as vast financial management and strategic planning experience with multi-million dollar operations. Monica specializes in strategic planning, organizational development, meeting facilitation and customized curriculum design and delivery for leaders. 

Monica currently manages SCP’s active contracts with the Navy, as well as other Department of Defense and federal training and organizational development projects that SCP supports. Additionally, over the last six years, Monica has provided coaching and feedback training to hundreds of supervisors and managers at Comcast Corporation offices across the United States. 

Monica has a MBA from American University. She is an award winning Certified Management Consultant (CMC). In 2009, she was named one of the “Best 50 Women in Business” in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She serves as an adjunct professor for Kaplan University and Duquesne University, teaching business classes to businesses, active military personnel and government entities. She is also a professional member of the National Speakers Association.
