Firms dedicated to senior living announce strategic partnership

OnePoint Partners, LLC, whose clients in Pennsylvania include Messiah Lifeways in Mechanicsburg, recently announced a strategic partnership with Senior Care Development, LLC.

“This partnership will focus on new and better ways to serve the not-for-profit space and help our clients execute their vision,” Toby Shea, Principal, OnePoint Partners, said in a statement.

OnePoint Partners provides advisory services for not-for-profit senior living organizations. Senior Care Development (SCD) is recognized nationally for acquisition, development, and financing of senior living facilities.

The partnership joins the expertise of firms dedicated to senior living space. It will provide OnePoint with increased options in the service of its not-for-profit clients, including capital solutions to fill clients’ unmet needs.

Shea said OnePoint is driven by “a common purpose of helping our clients realize the vision that is right for them, and this partnership provides an incredible opportunity to enhance our ability to bring creativity and innovation to our clients while staying true to our purpose.”

David Reis, Senior Care Development CEO, who will have a minority ownership in OnePoint Partners, said the decision to invest in the company was based on OnePoint’s mission to empower clients to make well-informed decisions that help move their organizations forward with confidence and a belief that there is not a “one size fits all” solution in financing.

OnePoint earned B Corp Certification in 2022 from the nonprofit B Lab to demonstrate its commitment and alignment with mission-driven, non-profit senior living clients.
