Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba is a full-service law firm headquartered in downtown Allentown, serving individuals and businesses across the Mid-Atlantic region. Managing Shareholder Erich J. Schock leads 95 employees practicing in business, real estate, healthcare, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, estates, employment, and family law.

Joe Fitzpatrick, Joe Bubba, and Ed Lentz formed the firm in October 1988 with a focus on solving sophisticated legal challenges for an emerging regional client base. Their founding principles — professionalism, responsiveness, quality, and adaptability — established a practice built to grow alongside the Lehigh Valley.

FLB has shaped the regional landscape through major commercial projects including Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, Stabler Corporate Center, The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley, PPL Center, and St. Luke’s University Health Network. The firm expanded into energy, health care, food and beverage, and education law. In 2020, it moved into a 20,000-square-foot space on the eighth floor of Two City Center — and was recently selected for the inaugural Chambers Spotlight Pennsylvania 2026 Guide.

“One of the best things about working at FLB is the culture. We are respected as employees and ensured that no matter our position, everyone’s contribution matters,” paralegal Jewel Dennis said. The firm supports more than 100 nonprofit organizations annually through volunteerism, sponsorships, and board leadership.
