Andrew Wright, vice president of the Vinart Dealerships of Allentown, has been named chair of the 2018 Lehigh Valley Heart Ball of the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the American Heart Association. The annual gala will be held Feb. 24 at Lehigh Valley Country Club.
Good Deeds
As part of the Jim Thorpe Birthday Celebration, Mauch Chunk Trust Co. of Jim Thorpe sponsored the Don Wilde Eagle and Family as they celebrate the Jim Thorpe birthday. Tina Klotz, assistant community office manager, presented the $400 donation to the Jim Thorpe Birthday Committee.
QNB Bank of Quakertown donated $800 to sponsor Team Medi-Dose, which is participating in this year’s Philadelphia Bike-A-Thon June 11. To raise funds for the American Cancer Society, nearly 200 teams will ride from Philadelphia to Atlantic City, N.J.

NAI Summit’s Anthony Diaz represented the owner, Hyman Group, in the sale of the 15,000-square-foot retail/flex building at 309 E. Hamilton St., Allentown. The free-standing building includes retail space, warehouse space and additional garage space. Diaz also represented the owner of 104 Schuylkill Ave., Tamaqua, in the sale to Royal Diamond Rental. The property is a 20,000-square-foot investment property that includes 14 apartments.
