Former Kraft Heinz plant poised for rebirth as logistics hub

Workers are putting the final additions on Park 100 Logistics Center, a two-building industrial project near Route 100 in Upper Macungie.
The first building should be ready this month, said Vincent Ranalli, senior vice president for CBRE of Radnor, the real estate firm marketing the property. Both building are 730,080 square feet, he said.
He said he’s seen strong interest from companies – many from outside Pennsylvania – in distribution, manufacturing and e-commerce. Many of these companies interested in the site are coming from outside Pennsylvania, he added.
“The market fundamentals are so good in the Lehigh Valley right now,” Ranalli said.
The site occupies 92 acres on Industrial Boulevard.
QEI Construction Group of Harrisburg is the builder. Ridgeline Property Group of Atlanta, Ga., is the owner.
