Gamble has been named president of National Penns southern region, effective immediately.rnrn Gamble, who has nearly 30 years of commercial banking experience in the Delaware Valley, is responsible for the delivery of commercial banking, retail banking, residential lending, and business development for 25 National Penn community offices in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester Counties. National Penns general bank is comprised of five regions led by region presidents Central, Eastern, Northern, Southern, and Western.rnrn Prior to joining National Penn, Gamble was senior vice president and regional credit manager and regional sales manager for Sovereign/Santander Bank. Previous to that, Gamble was division head for Fleet/Bank of Americas Middle Market Corporate Banking Group. In his new role, Gamble will be reporting directly to Dave Kennedy, National Penns group executive vice president and chief delivery officer of the general bank.rnrn We are excited that Scott is joining our team, commented Kennedy.
