Kile has more than 35 years of experience in health care management. He is also chief insurance officer at Lehigh Valley Health Network. He leads the development of LVHN’s insurance-related competencies and advances the Populytics platform to create health plan projects for the region.
Kile was the founding executive director of the Lehigh Valley Physician Hospital Organization Inc. for 19 years. He was chief innovation officer at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania, now Highmark, for three years.
