Masano has been a member of the firm since 1981. According to the Masano Bradley website, her practice focuses on commercial and real estate matters, including acquisitions, banking, corporate formation and operation and creditor rights, and estate planning. She counsels business clients on succession planning, especially family businesses, and oversees the firm’s status as a Women’s Business Enterprise certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
Having represented municipalities, municipal authorities and developers, Masano also specializes in municipal law and land use planning. She was an assistant Berks County solicitor for 29 years, assigned to the Berks County Planning Commission and Agricultural Land Preservation Board.
In 1998, Masano became the first woman president of the Berks County Bar Association.
U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey appointed her in 2011 to the Judicial Nomination Advisory Panel for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to review and recommend nominees for federal judgeships.
