Aside from managing day-to-day operations, Gross believes in being present.
“A lot of my focus goes toward implementing and instructing training resources for my agents,” he said. “I had someone to look up to and learn from in my younger years in real estate, so I make it a point to be that person for my team.”
He has held his current role for 17 years. He is proud of having served as president of the Greater Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors during the pandemic.
“It is something I will never forget,” he said. “It was a trying time, but our board came together and fought a hard fight to get our industry back up and running during a time when buyers and sellers needed us the most.”
He likes traveling, walking his dogs, Fenway and Sox; playing poker, and reading a good book.
