As executive director of Greater Easton Development Partnership, Jared Mast is responsible for operations, finances, fundraising and programs. “With a staff of approximately 20, we oversee the Easton Farmers’ Market, the Easton Public Market, Easton Murals, Easton Garden Works, the Easton Main Street Initiative, the West Ward Community Initiative, the Easton Ambassadors clean and safe team, a host of events (Easton Out Loud, Live at the Falls, Heritage Day, PA Bacon Fest, Live at the Falls, Spring into Easton, the Easton Twilight Criterium), and a small business loan program.”

Mast said his biggest challenge this past year has been “balancing the needs of becoming a new dad with the needs of a growing organization. I’m still figuring it out, but as part of a strategic planning process, we will be looking at the mission and vision of the organization, and how to better marry that to staffing and succession strategies, and to the resources required for our next stage of growth and impact.”
