Penn Community Bank
As president and CEO of Penn Community Bank, Vidoni leads a team of more than 300 bankers and lenders at the largest mutual financial institution in eastern Pennsylvania. She has served in her current position for 10 years.
“With changing economic conditions and disruptions in the financial industry, uncertainty is the biggest challenge we faced as an organization and a leadership team. While no one can tell what tomorrow holds, I’ve sought to lead Penn Community Bank through this period of uncertainty by focusing on what we can control: sound business practices, accessibility and accountability to our communities, and an unshaking belief in the important role community banks play in supporting a thriving economy,” she said.
“Banks aren’t perceived as the nimblest organizations out there. But at Penn Community Bank, we’ve dedicated ourselves to pivoting to accomplish our goals and meet the needs of our customers. This flexibility–born from our mutual structure and relationship-first focus–has always been a part of our DNA, but really showed to be a strength during the pandemic. Our team of bankers and lenders works tirelessly to respond to challenges and ensure we’re able to serve as a catalyst for growth,” Vidoni said
