As the CEO and president of Tyber Medical, Jeff Tyber oversees all business operations for the company, including leading the team in core strategy development, customer relationship management, plan execution, and maintaining a winning culture. “We want to drive a culture that ‘Do What You Say & Say What You Do’,” he said.

He launched the company 10 years ago.

Tyber believes leadership starts with a good strategic plan, and communication of that plan to the team is critical. “I’m an in-the-trench leader who works side by side with our team members, to solve challenges and provide guidance along the way to win,” he said.

Tyber said the company’s business model has changed how large medical device companies can operate quickly by launching new products. “Traditionally, medical device companies could only get new products through mergers and acquisitions or through prolonged and tedious internal development–a three- to seven-year process,” he said, “Tyber Medical’s Private Label has changed the speed in which our partners can access markets to less than one year without going through costly and time-consuming acquisitions.”
