Tower Behavioral Health
As the new CEO of Tower Behavioral Health, Jenna Pacini is excited to continue the journey of building an organization culture of compassion and service with high standards for clinical excellence. She said Tower Behavioral Health’s growth over the past three years has been tremendous, and she is enthusiastic to lead the continued expansion of services to meet the needs of the community the organization serves.
She has been in her current position for one year.
Pacini said her leadership style has always been flexible, and she strives to understand where each employee is, in terms of competency and development. “Once you understand that, you can set goals and expectations that are attainable for the individual and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, then create a culture of accountability. I believe being accountable to your role in the organization and to the goals which are set, ties directly to your ability to get the intended results and to critical to your success,” she said.
Prior to joining Tower Behavioral Health, Pacini served as CEO of Geisinger Behavioral Health Center She previously served as COO at Belmont Behavioral Health System where she led the organization through a complete facility replacement project. During that project, she said she quickly learned every facet of the operations of a behavioral health inpatient facility. “That experience influenced my ability to serve as CEO of Geisinger Behavioral Health Center Northeast, where I was influential in the operational planning of their new facility. Both experiences helped prepare me for my current role as CEO of Tower Behavioral Health,” Pacini said.
