Lehigh University
As a university president, I work with a talented group of people to develop a forward-thinking vision for the university and the strategies needed to deliver this vision. This is a team effort that involves collaboration with the Board of Trustees, faculty, staff, students, alums and our local community. I have held the job since July 1, 2015.
One proud professional accomplishment: Establishing the Lehigh University College of Health, a pioneer in the field of population health and the university’s first new college in 50 years.
Most important life lesson learned: Listen to people, communicate and do what you think is in the best interest of the institution.
Fun: read, exercise, attend student events, sports and travel.
