Gross was elevated to managing partner in 2018. Operationally, his job is to supervise the management team and lead the firm’s partners. “At a higher level, I set the strategic vision, goals and objectives for the firm, helping to drive business growth,” Gross said.
“I am proud of my career at Gross McGinley, most notably becoming partner, and more recently, being elected managing partner,” he added. “With the help of my deputy managing partners, I helped lead the firm through a successful transition.”
In their free time, Gross said his family loves to travel and explore their surroundings. “During this past year, I’ve really enjoyed using past vacation photos as my virtual backgrounds,” he said. “They are fond reminders of the places we’ve been together.”
