Founded in the 1970s, Kinsley Construction is a diversified master builder operating throughout the mid-Atlantic region. The company’s divisions include building construction, steel fabrication and erection, highway and bridge, industrial services, materials and site work. As president, Kinsley sets the company’s vision and strategic directives. He’s been with the company for 35 -years, 25 as president and 3 as president and CEO. He is proud of creating a company culture that encourages people to develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
His most important life lesson is “always do what you say you’re going to do”.
For fun, he enjoys fly fishing. “It’s the only thing I’ve ever done where I lose track of time,” he said.
