“I represent municipal governments, handling land development matters,” said Mooney, who has been in his current role for 17 years. He also helps clients navigate zoning and other issues to complete real estate projects, and handles municipal labor issues and contract negotiations.
A major career highlight was being appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Constitutional Study Commission. “It is always fulfilling when your peers recognize your abilities,” he said.
For fun, the self-described “huge blues music fan” attends at least 40 shows a year, including multiday blues music festivals.
