Campbell joined Barry Isett & Associates, Inc. in 2005 after an extensive 21-year career in the optoelectronics industry.
Originally brought on to manage the operations of a rapidly growing family business, he implemented discipline-focused profit centers and drove financial accountability and teamwork across multiple office locations. Campbell was promoted to executive vice president in 2008 and rose to president & CEO in 2011, overseeing 10% annual revenue growth; the formation of new departments and disciplines; and numerous successful mergers and acquisitions for the company.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, as well as a master’s in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.
Isett is a company principally owned by its staff through an Employee Stock Ownership Program and more than 65 associate-shareholders. Campbell is a company shareholder. Under his leadership, Isett has earned recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in PA for 2019, 2020, and 2021; and the Societas Award for Responsible Corporate Conduct in 2015, presented by the Forum for Ethics in the Workplace.
