King, Spry, Herman, Freund & Faul, LLC — operating as KingSpry — is a full-service Lehigh Valley law firm with offices in Bethlehem, Allentown, and Stroudsburg serving individuals, businesses, municipalities, and educational institutions across 15-plus practice areas. Managing Partner Jessica F. Moyer leads a team of more than 30 attorneys.
The firm and its predecessor entities have served Eastern Pennsylvania for more than 50 years, with the current LLC structure established around 2001. John E. Freund III, a founding member whose name remains on the firm’s letterhead, helped establish KingSpry’s reputation as a go-to practice for the region’s schools, school districts, and municipal bodies — a niche that grew into one of the firm’s defining strengths.
