In his more than three years on the job, McClure is most proud of two accomplishments in Northampton County.
“We have proposed and passed three consecutive budgets without a real estate property tax,” he said. “We are preparing a fourth. In our Pandemic Protection Plan, we created the Small Business Rescue Program. We helped nearly 800 small businesses in Northampton County survive and thrive by granting over $10.7 million dollars to them.”
McClure has learned to not let a moment pass without taking a beat to appreciate it.
He enjoys playing golf.
“While I’m terrible at the game, it gives me the opportunity to stay connected to my friends,” he said.
