St. Luke’s to provide labor and delivery services for Easton Hospital

St. Luke’s University Health Network will now offer labor and delivery services for patients of Easton Hospital in Easton at the St.Luke's Anderson Campus in Bethlehem Township. Easton Hospital, owned by Steward Health Care, a Texas-based for profit health care network, shut down its obstetrics and gynecology unit on February 7.

Demo of Allentown State Hospital to begin in July

The buildings and structures that comprise the long dormant Allentown State Hospital will start coming down this summer. Demolition contractor Neuber Demolition & Environmental Services of Gilbertsville, Montgomery County, will start July 10 and finish in February 2021, with a completion of its contract work in May 2021.
