Allegiant said it would establish an aircraft base at Lehigh Valley International Airport, set to begin operations in February 2020. The base would be Allegiant’s 18th and bring at least 66 new jobs for pilots, flight attendants, mechanics and others this spring.

American Keg Co., a manufacturer of American steel kegs from Pottstown, petitioned the U.S. Department of Commerce in 2018 seeking action against exporters from Mexico have sold refillable steel kegs at less than fair value in the U.S. The federal department recently launched an investigation to determine if it would apply tariffs to Mexican imports of steel kegs.
