The growing law firm Antheil Maslow & MacMinn LLP completed an addition to its offices on West State Street in Doylestown.
The two-story expansion includes a new lobby, bigger conference rooms, a large event/conference space and new offices.
The addition includes five attorney offices, three conference rooms, a revamp and relocation of the lobby and three secretary spaces, said Bill MacMinn, managing partner for the firm.
The expansion project allowed the firm to go from 5,500 square feet to an additional 3,800 square feet, he said.
“We were full,” MacMinn said. “We have been in our space here in Doylestown since 2001 and we’ve grown to 14 attorneys and we had no room to grow anymore. It just wasn’t working out.”
Rather than give up its prime location or its ample parking, which is in short supply in Doylestown, the firm decided to stay.
“We’re one of the few offices in Doylestown that has ample parking, so it’s not a location to be given up lightly,” MacMinn said.
The firm added two attorneys in the last year and now has room to hire more.
Happ Contractors Inc. of Doylestown completed the expansion project. MacMinn declined to provide the cost of construction.
