After cancelling the 2020 show because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Greater Lehigh Valley Auto Dealers Association has announced the 2021 Lehigh Valley Auto Show will go on.
GLVADA President Tom Kwiatek announced that the 2021 show will take place March 18 through March 21.
The association then presented a $25,000 check to Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, which would have been the recipient of this year’s fundraising preview gala.
“Despite the significant loss of revenue from the 2020 auto show, the franchised new car dealers of the Greater Lehigh Valley Auto Dealers Association have expressed their desire for continued support of Good Shepherd’s service to the residents of our community,” said Sam Borelli auto dealers association president and president of Faulkner Chevrolet Cadillac, Bethlehem.
The money is for Good Shepherd’s pediatrics program.
The auto show, which will feature new cars, trucks, SUVs, crossovers, vans and cycles will once again be held on Lehigh University’s Goodman Campus in Bethlehem.
The theme of the show will be “Back on the road again.”
Kwiatek also unveiled a new logo and brand identity for the association.
The new logo was designed to update the association’s look and provides a strong connection to the region it serves.
“We encourage people to buy vehicles locally at our dealerships where we employ people from the community, contribute to the local economic growth and keep business taxes flowing into the local municipalities,” Kwiatek said. “The communities in and around the Lehigh Valley are great places to live and work. Our association was formed for the purpose of investing in those communities and our new brand identity reflects that.”
The new Greater Lehigh Valley Auto Dealers Association branding was developed by Sarott Design.
