The Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation said it will have the chance to host hundreds of influential real estate decision makers when it hosts the Industrial Asset Management Council’s Fall Forum next year.
This is the first time the Lehigh Valley has hosted the event.
The LVEDC said the sought-after event presents a significant opportunity to showcase the region’s strengths to the professionals who help companies determine where to expand and invest.
Presented by IAMC and supported locally by LVEDC, the IAMC Fall Forum will take place Sept. 25-29, 2027, at Wind Creek Bethlehem.
The LVEDC noted that Win Creek significantly expanded its convention space recently to position the Lehigh Valley to host large events such as this forum, which is expected to draw up to 500 leading real estate professionals.
“By experiencing the region firsthand, these decision-makers gain a deeper understanding of what differentiates the Lehigh Valley in an increasingly competitive landscape,” said Kristin Cahayla-Hoffman, LVEDC’s vice president of business development & attraction and a member of the board of directors of IAMC. “That can translate into long-term relationships—and, ultimately, real economic development opportunities.”
She described IAMC as a leading industrial and manufacturing real estate association, connecting corporate real estate executives, site selectors, economic developers, and service providers across the U.S. and internationally.
The IAMC Fall Forum is known for its highly interactive format and forward-looking discussions. Past events have explored topics such as supply chain evolution, emerging technologies, and workforce availability—issues that continue to shape location and investment decisions nationwide.
