A Lehigh Valley business that has been making custom kitchen cabinets for more than 40 years is now moving into the bathroom.
Kitchen Magic of Nazareth first launched its new bathroom division for its Pennsylvania market in January, right before the coronavirus hit.
Now, with states reopening and staff trained on the new design process, Kitchen Magic is expanding its bathroom remodeling division, known as Elements Bathrooms by Kitchen Magic into the New Jersey market.
The company makes custom kitchen cabinets and performs kitchen remodeling in seven states in the Northeast, but for now is only offering bathroom remodeling in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
“We are commonly asked by our customers, can you help us with the bathroom,” said Linda Fennessy, public relations manager for Kitchen Magic.
Adding the new division was an obvious growth area for the family-owned company that builds on the reputation as a kitchen remodeler that they have already established, according to Fennessy.
She said with the new bathroom division, Kitchen Magic now can offer the same sort of customization that they offer in kitchen design, but with a simplified format that allows customers to choose from basic design concepts that can be combined for a theme or mixed and matched.
“It’s a complex equation, so we simplified the process, making it an enjoyable and exciting way to renovate a bathroom,” said James Norman, director of design.
Each concept incorporate bath fixtures, surface products and shower systems in three basic themes: Earth, Coastal and Metropolitan.
The new cabinets and fixtures are all installed in place of the existing ones to make the redesign easier and more cost effective.
He said the Elements concept gives homeowners the flexibility to personalize a project while keeping a cohesive room design.
