Leonard Lightner

Lightner has held various roles while working for the city for 12 years. He has led Community and Economic Development for four years. He oversees a variety of city bureaus including planning, health, building standards and safety, economic development, community development, housing, business development and the city’s federal Community Development Block Grant program.
He holds a master’s degree in theology from Moravian College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Muhlenberg College.
