LINC has named a new leader with the intent to grow its impact in the Greater Lehigh Valley area.
LINC is a nonprofit organization that focuses on supporting the success of diverse talent, employers and communities through Learning, Inclusion, Networking and Connecting. LINC’s services and programs provide support to relocating new hires and employees and employer/community DEI initiatives.
Katelyn Mack joined the organization as president and COO. A graduate of Georgetown University and Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Mack will oversee and build LINC’s organizational infrastructure to improve and sustain operations. As a nonprofit executive, board member, and management consultant, Mack brings expertise using data to learn and drive decisions.
The organization believes her extensive experience will support LINC’s ability to grow connections and expand its footprint.
LINC’s founding CEO and executive director, Donna Cornelius, will continue to be an integral part of LINC’s leadership team.
She will shift her efforts to support the long-term vision of LINC and the growth of the organization through business development as LINC’s chief development & growth officer.
